Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Economics; Served as Vice-President of German Silver Securities (current Deutsche Securities), Vice-President of Goldman Sachs; Later in 1999, founded Knowledge Solutions; In 2001, assumed a position of President and CEO of AnGes MG; In 2002, led the company to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers listed company as the Japan’s first drug discovery venture company supported by industry-university partnership; In 2003, founded Y’s Therapeutics and assumed the position of President and CEO; Worked on the development of the antibody therapeutic drugs for cancer and antiphlogistic drugs for post-organ transplantation in the U.S. and Europe; Later, assumed a position of Vice President of AnGes MG; In 2013, assumed the position of President of Regience and arrived at the present position; Has experience of founding and listing technology-savvy drug discovery venture companies and a wide contact in medical, finance, and legal fields.
